The company was founded 15 years ago. We are members of the Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA). In 1991 the company was appointed as an agent for the International Airline Transport Association (IATA). The company is a member of the Midrand Tourist Association and the Midrand Chamber of Commerce and received the “TEN” year membership certificate in April 2001.

The Major Shareholder is Ivan Visée, a resident of Midrand for the last 30 years. He is the current Treasurer of ASATA, and has been involved in travel industry matters for the last decade. In 1982 he was selected to attend the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at the Business School of Harvard University in Boston, MA USA. He retired from the SA Navy Reserves in 2003, as a Rear Admiral (JG). He reached the highest position in the Reserves, as the Director of Naval Reserves to the Chief of the Navy and was awarded the Southern Cross Decoration in 2002.
