Heidi Beyers is an Artist, Art Teacher and Picture Framer located in Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. From the painting of Family Portraits, Corporate Portraits and Water & Seascapes to Art Classes in Charcoal, Pencil, Decoupage, Gilding and Picture and Art Framing. Based in Glen Austin, we are in close proximity to Centurion (Midstream Estate), Sunninghill, Woodmead, Fourways and Kyalami.

Heidi was born in White River in 1955, from where she went on to qualify as a high school teacher in German and French. However, this was not her true calling.  She turned to her passion in the 90's and completed a Fine Arts Diploma in 1997, from which time she has painted steadily, producing extraordinary results that speak to the soul.

Original Art:

Heidi paints portraits, figure studies, landscapes, sea and waterscapes, animals and wildlife studies, mainly in oils. She also does all of these categories on commission, preserving your special memories of people, pets and places on canvas. She also teaches art which includes pencil and charcoal drawing, oils, pastels, decoupage, fabric and ceramic painting as well as gilding and mosaics. She is joined by her husband, Otto, who will attend to all your framing requirements.

Heidi has decided to not keep her talent to herself and now teaches art and hosts workshops from her home in Midrand in all media, as well as ceramics and fabric painting, gilding and decoupage.

Saturday Workshops: (All Disciplines)

2 per month - 09h00 - 13h00
Cost: R150-00 per workshop.
These workshops are usually held every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. (Please phone for dates of the next workshop)
